OKR (Objectives and Key Results)
The OKR module is a strategic goal-setting framework. Its purpose is to align the efforts of every staff member with the high-level mission of the organization through measurable and time-bound goals.
- Dashboard: This provides an overview of organizational goal health. It shows the completion percentage of major objectives, allowing leadership to see if the organization is moving in the right direction.
- Report: This generates detailed data on individual and team progress toward OKRs. It provides the evidence needed for performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
- OKRs: This is where the actual goals are defined. It allows managers to set an “Objective” (what we want to achieve) and link it to specific “Key Results” (how we will measure success).
- Checkin: This is a routine feedback tool. It requires staff to provide weekly or monthly updates on their progress toward their OKRs, identifying any roadblocks that are preventing success.
- Setting: This allows for the configuration of the OKR cycle. It includes the ability to set the duration of goal periods (e.g., “Quarterly OKRs”) and manage who is authorized to set and approve goals.
