MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
The MFA module is the system’s primary security layer. Its purpose is to protect organizational data by requiring users to prove their identity through two separate methods before accessing the ERP.
- MFA Management: This is the administrative hub for security. It allows administrators to enable or disable MFA for specific roles, manage backup codes, and reset security settings for staff who lose their authentication devices.
- Reports: This generates data on security activity. It provides a log of all successful and failed login attempts, helping the IT team identify and block potential cyberattacks.
- Settings: This allows for the configuration of the MFA environment. It includes the ability to choose between different authentication methods, such as SMS codes, email links, or specialized authenticator apps.
